Your blood pressure is close to normal so you don't have to panic. The bottom number could be considered a little high though. However, you MUST consult your doctor. The fact that you have a family history is a BIG deal and you need to take steps to prevent anything bad from happening to you. Diet and exercise being a big part of that. Prevention is the best thing you can do for yourself. Make your doctors appointment today.

Blood pressure does tend to rise as you get older - but, does it stay that high often? Do you smoke? Were you in any kind of pain or not feeling well? Alot of things can change blood pressure. You should see your doctor about it. With your family history, that's nothing to play around with. That bottom number is really high!

You should talk to your Doctor about it 90/60 is a bit low.
125/92 is in the normal range. But if there is a history of HBP you should speak with you Doctor. He will be better at telling you if you should be worried about it. It could be a number of things that cause it to be low.

As we age, our blood pressure tends to rise. Go to the doctor and get on some blood pressure medicine. You will notice a difference right away! Start taking a walk every day.

I very positive that you have crossed the pre-hypertensive limit as your maximum BP reading reveals. Your maximum BP should have been 120/80 or 110/70 preferably.
Since you have family H/O of hypertension, you better control the risk factors, diet , smoking, physical etc.
Next go for a lipid profile.
Consult your family doctor as he is the best judge, or a cardiologist if necessary.
