You don't likely have diabetes. However, you may have some blood sugar issues though, as in it's going to to low instead of too high.
Get a blood sugar test done though. It's a simple test that can be combined with a cholesterol check. Or you can even use a home testing kit. A simple blood sugar test will confirm or rule out that as a problem.
Talk to you doctor about your problem. He or she can help you find what the underlying cause is. Their going to want to check your blood sugar given your dizzy spell.
Don't lose sleep over it but do get empowered with knowledge so you can help yourself.

Well, I highly doubt you have diabetes. Especially if you're blood pressure is fine and you seem to sound healthy. I would see a doctor to find out. Maybe you're just tired, stressed, about to start your period, the list goes on for the possibilities to your dizziness and fainting spells. Are you eating enough?

It could be that you have low blood pressure and ulcers or something that are the cause. If you go get some blood tests done at the doctor's office, he can tell you. I was anemic and dizzy last week. I got too little iron in my diet and did have blood lost from my body. The treatment and answer can be so simple with a doctor's help.

As a child, spinning until you were dizzy was great fun. But otherwise, finding the room spinning when you get out of bed isn't pleasant at all.

The only way to truly know is to go get a proper diagnosis done. As soon as you have your diagnosis, then you can find out how to treat yourself and what you can do in relation to your dizzy spells.

These would be symptoms of low blood sugar rather than high.......Have you had your blood pressure checked? Low blood pressure does this to people, especially if they have been stationary for a while, and just start to move. If you are female, could you be pregnantA?

It could be low blood pressure. Have your sugar level tested by a chemist or clinic. They usually do it for nothing.

The thing is, this is a serious concern, and instead of asking this question on yahoo...you should be asking your doctor.
Little kids that are like 14 might be answering your question, I am just saying that it sounds like something odd, so ask your doctor, not us.
