It depends on the rules of your recycling facility. Where I live, I have a bin where I can put any sort of paper product -- corrugated cardboard, newspapers, magazines, etc. However, where I work, the paper recycling bins are marked for white paper only, so newspapers, magazines, and cardboard go into the dumpster with the general trash.

Depends on where you live and how they handle paper. My City is like the First answer, some are like the second answer. Make a phone call or, like where I live, the Recycling bin say what go where, even clear and colored glass.

In our town they do NOT. They have to be recycled with catalogs separately from paper and newspaper.

I would image yes, since it is made of paper, unless like someone else had said, there is a special rule in your municipality.
