some pies do. Custard pies and most nut pies. Some pie crusts will have animal fats in them as well.

Some types do, while others do not. There is no egg in most apple pie, or cherry, or most types of fruit pies. Some people brush the top of the crust with egg to make it prettier, but water can also be used for this. Cream pies have dairy, but not egg. Custard-type pies, including pumpkin, are definitely made with eggs.

Most kinds would only have some egg white that was brushed onto the crust to create sort of a glazed/shiny appearance. Pie crust and most pie filling that I know of wouldn't have egg.

I would depend on what type of pie. Custard pies and pies with merengue have egg, Pie crust generally does not, fruit pies do not, but pastry is sometimes brushed with egg white to make it brown nicely.
