Fruit is always super fast. But, looking for something cooked, keep rice noodles on hand. They cook up really fast. Add whatever you want to it... like some miso, nutritional yeast, chopped veggies, ginger, garlic... ta da, a filling 15 minute meal.

Veggie burgers of course!!! I love them, especially when I want to make something really quick!!! All you have to do is buy the Boca Burgers which should be in the frozen section in your supermarket!!!
