That's in the eye of the beholder. I would avoid those vegetables that are fat..chubby..short..and balds!

Why are you trying to avoid veggies? If you are on a diet, there are some veggies that convert into sugar like corn and carrots that you should limit, but I wouldn't completely cut them out.

Andrew Wiel suggests that white button mushrooms aren't good for you, especially raw. Other than that, eat up.

I avoid brussel sprouts and turnips...but that's cuz i think they taste like poo. It's all in what ya like!
