Ideally with shopping lists! I'm not too good at planning in advance! I don't mean a weight loss diet, more a lifestyle diet and cookery book. Thank you.

You should just get some books on raw eating and then you can just tweak it by adding whatever else you want to it. Or you may have to barrow from several eating plans.I'm not sure if your going to find a book that features that type of diet, as far as I know. But here are are a few books.

and here's a website.

and this is a community of people who eat raw. Maybe one of them can help you, as far as making a shopping list goes.

I cant recommend a book, but I do recommend joining some of the raw food groups on yahoo-lots of info in the files, ideas, recipes, tips, etc. I eat about 80 percent raw, and I love it. If you like, email me and I will give you some links to great groups-I would post them here, but not sure if you specifically wanted a book. Good luck, its a great way to eat!
