I would actually serve a pink champagne since any amount of time you get to spend with Magina is a festive occasion and cause for celebration! Make a special toast in his honor and give the love he surely deserves.

If your man, Magina, likes red wine, then I'd go with a nice Merlot or Sangeovese. Rodney Strong is a good merlot and Nocetto has a great Sangeovese. Make sure you have an umbrella!

There are many choices for drinking wine! I would suggested to take him to a winery over a candle lits. You two would be able to taste all kind of wine and even new ones too! A winery would be the best place to go!

I would serve a fine Merlot - it's smooth, a bit spicy with a touch of sweetness that is just right to serve to someone who is is also smooth, a bit spicy and sweet. It is just dry enough to enjoy in the rain.

Merlot was my first thought, but that's been said plenty of times already. My next choice would be a Shiraz, but remember that Shiraz tends to amplify the heat in spicy foods. Shiraz is HAWT.

I would serve a Chianti, a little on the spicy side, full bodied and really smooth, goes down easy.
