i discovered my boyfriend was having a affair over a year ago, he said the affair was over and i had got tested for all the stds and thought i was fine and we resumed our relationship and moved in together, well i started having alot of pelvic and back pain, so i went to the dr and discovered he gave me 2 stds and my infection is so bad i could lose my female organs, as it turns out he did not end his affair with this married woman who sleeps around alot, my question is can i press charges on him for lying and knowley putting my health at risk?

Unfortunately no, you can not sue him. You willingly had sex with him (even if you didn't know he had something). So, you are technically half to blame because you had sex with him willingly.

I would highly suggest you leave him though. I personally feel, once a cheater, always a cheater. If he loved you as much as he said he did he would have never gone outside of the marriage and he wouldn't have jeopardized your health. Find a man who will treat you right and won't lie and cheat on you.

Hopefully you'll be able to treat and cure whatever he gave you. And hopefully you won't have to have any reproductive organs removed! Good luck to you and best wishes!

No, you can't press charges against him. But you can leave him for good. Find a good man that won't cheat...if there are any good men left! Good luck!
