I was diagnosed with Chlamydia and took the prescribed 7 day dose of doxy. My boyfriend was given 7 days worth of 500mg levaquin. If he had started it on a Tue and we had intercourse on Sat. how likely is it that I will be reinfected since he had not finished his prescribed dose? I mean he will have taken only 5 of the 7 days of Levaquin.

You both should probably go to your doctors again. It's actually very likely that h wasn't completely cured yet and now you have it again too. This next time, if you do the smart thing and go to your doc, don't have sex until you are both done with the meds completely. I would even wait until your follow up tests came back neg. Chlamydia is actually growing a resistance to the meds they use. You may be one of those people who never get rid of it.

If treatment of either person is incomplete, yes, reinfection can occur. The STD-causing variety of chlamydia cannot be spread through saliva.

It's possible....depends on when you finished your doxy. Why take a chance when it comes to an std? Hope it's worth it.
