Are you trying to "cheat" your cholesterol test? Your tests are not there to impress your physician or avoid a talking-to about good diet and exercise practices... They are there to show an important, modifiable risk factor for heart disease.

Medications typically take weeks to months to show change. Nothing will mask the true values of this test.

I don't know of any 3 day methods, but I quickly and naturally lowered my total cholesterol by 30 points by taking 1 tablespoon of living olive oil every day.

Works relatively quickly (months, not days). It's useful if you are applying for life insurance and need to get your cholesterol down as low as possible.

Why would you want to do that? The whole point of having a test is to accurately assess your physical condition. I can't figure out why you would want to cheat a cholesterol test, unless you are afraid of having to take on further treatment or sensible changes to your lifestyle.

Please do not be fearful. Look after yourself.

If you endure food cravings, try a high fibre diet supplemented with a daily dosage of chromium. It will reduce your sensitivity to insulin, and is among the easiest ways to help you lose weight.
