1. Go to http://images.google.com
2. Click "Preferences" (it's the tiny link to the lower right of the Search button).
3. Turn off "Safe Search"
4. Now run a search for keywords "HPV penis" or "herpes penis" and brace yourself because it's not pretty.

BTW, you should write your report on HPV or herpes because it's hard to find usable photos of bacterial infections like gonorrhea or chlamydia because the differences are subtle (especially to people who aren't experienced in examining anatomy).
