physically it feels like a wet organ, but it usually feels good to breathen through them

Like lungs...I have a terminal respitatory disease so mine feel worse than a normal person. Why do you ask?

I presume they would feel kind of ummm, fleshy.
But to breathe through them I find I am short of breath like all the time.

Mine feel like they could do with cleaning out ,as i have
C O P D .i cant clear them easy..toooo clogged up from years of smoking.
