You could be having anxiety attacks. You need to contact your doctor asap. This is nothing to mess with. You need to breathe right in order for you brain to get oxygen. Goodluck

I think its some kind of phobia(fear of something) I dont think you can stop breathing your mind wont let it.

Stop thinking about it and it will go away. When you think about breathing you sometimes start panicking thinking you're doing it wrong.

It sounds like you are having a problem with your involuntary muscles. That could be deadly. See your doctor immediately! Or you may be suffering from anxiety. Either way talk to your doctor.

Been there, done that. Sounds like you are having panic attacks - there are med for that, see you Dr.
