Hello, I need your opinion> I had chest x-ray w/ airway and/or pulmonary hiperexpansion result , had CT scanning w/ mosaic attenuation pattern, had another CT with mosaic perfusion, had stress test - normal, had ekg - normal.
I still don't know what is the problem and doctors are suggesting that is only muscle. I have constant chest and back pain, rib cage pain (left side), lots of gases/noise in my upper abdomen, am tired at all time, lack of breathing, swollen in different areas of my body at different time, gain of weight...
I do appreciate you personal opinion. thank you

:Hello no ar
This sounds as a whole set of problems that have been plaguing you for some time. I don't know if I can help: Some of what I say may be speculative because no one has as much information as your physician.
Chest Pain; Your ECG is negative: One presumes that this is for ischemic heart disease (angina or heart attack): I may also presume that your heart is of normal size: This is some times the case when the heart/lungs are working too hard, as in advanced lung disease or high resistance to blood flow, in the lungs.(i.e. pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary embolism)
CT: Mosaic attenuation patterns can elude to both chronic or acute disorders but not cancer: That is not to say you aren't at risk: I don't know.
If you had one of the acute causes of an Abnormal CT (yes, it is abnormal), you would have become much sicker, by now (i.e. pneumonia)
There fore one may conjecture that You have a chronic form of lung disease which would/could cause you pain from air swallowing or muscular fatiguealthou the list of causes of "chest pain "is extensive( CAN YOU REPRODUCE IT ?)
If you do have a chronic form of lung disease (fibrosis, obstuctive (emphasema)or reactive (asthma) I would think that your Doctor has you on some medical treatment ???
Fact of the matter is: shortness of breath and medicines can contribute to anxiety, as well.
Best guess here: You have a chronic form of fibrosis or a mixed bag: They often occure together.
Do you smoke? Have you had an industrial exposure or "farmers lung"(agricultural) You may even have a potential disability claim.
No ar: there are medications/treaments that can help you feel better and have a higher energy level but you have to trust your Physician: If you can't, find another: You will ultimately have to trust one.
Don't quit asking questions: There are no bad questions.!

Since you have not mentioned your age and according what you have narrated in your history there are only these factors requiring attention :
GERD (gastro eosophagal reguritation disease), avoid alcohol and smoking , take milk during night use lot of yogurt.
COSTOCHONDRITIS: This also gives similar to that of heart pain.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: Start one hour of brisk walk.
HEAVY MEALS: Avoid heavy meals during the night, avoid meat and other caeffine containing drinks.
TALK ON THE ABOVE DISEASES WITH YOUR CONSULTANT, DON'T FORGET STRESS/ANXIETY CAN BE HIDDEN CAUSE TOO.
