when having oral sex on a man, should he wear a condom?

Yes he should should wear a condom if he is not your husband and not monogamous. If you want a better taste, you can use flavored condoms. If the guy refuses to wear one because he says "it doesn't feel good" then don't give him head. Oh and btw (by the way) no question is a stupid question. I once read this quote: Thou who asks a question is a fool for five minutes, thou who does not ask a question is a fool forever. Cheers mate!

Not stupid at all!
Yes...it prevents lots of possibly bad stuff from happening.
Only thing is, it will diminish the enjoyment of it some, for both of you.
If you are married, or have been with him a long time monogamously, (only the 2 of you get it on), you may try without.
The condom prevents YOU from contracting an std in your mouth.

It couldn't hurt..... Always protect yourself first, std's are transmitted through bodily fluids

YES! If you love the taste of rubber. I did however hear that you can contract a rare latex disease called LATEXIA. You can lose your leg from it.
