can someone tell me how many people a 6 ft hero feeds? thanks

It depends on how it's cut. I'd say 12-15 people. Assume a 6" sub per person, but if it's cut into 3-4" lengths than people may have two or 3 pieces.

I usually get a 6 inch from subway so a 6 foot equals 72 inches.
If everyone ate 6 inches of the sub then it would feed approximately 12 people.
However at most parties, most people only eat about 3 inches of the sub because there are other things to eat. In that aspect a 6 foot sub would feed 20-24 people.

I've just read the answers I was wondering. I feed my wife myself and two dogs but there again I'm only a 5 foot 6 inch Hero. I known I'm a hero cause that's what my wife says.

Well an average sub is 12 inches, so depending on the appitite of your guests I would say 6-12, cut in 4 inch portions so they can take two portions each (metally satisfied) but are only eating 8 inches a person.

I would say it depends on the people eating it! A bunch of ladies it would prob go a long way but some young growing boys...well maybe 6...12' per person? Not too sure but the place who is making it should give you an idea?

a lot depends on the size of the people you are talking about....my suggestion would be to call the place that you are going to get the sandwich and see how many people they say it would feed......also is there going to be salad, chips and other items along with the sandwich. the more other items you have the more people the sandwich will feed.

Get another salad, and place at opposite sides of table. It goes well, trust me. The pasta, steak, and chicken, if they are big enough, will last you. Eggplant parmigiana is a little exotic for most people. Maybe get another 3foot hero of a different type.

"SUB" trays generally have pieces cut into 3" sections. DTM thats 24 people. Then figure your fat buddy equation some will eat more and some look good in the summer. =) im sorry i am recovering from surgery and very bored i hope i dont offend
