USE a CONDOM, shot or no shot. Although not 100% effective, condoms are very good protections against HPV and other STIs as well as PREGNANCY! My suggestion is that you hold off on the sex thing and focus on your school work for another year or so...maybe save the sex for the senior prom or something...after you already know where you are going to college..and have easier access to condoms. You can always masturbate and think about your boyfriend until then because, honestly, if he is a virgin too, having sex with him will be nothing spectacular...you can do better with your own hand or a dildo. And you won't have to worry about anything starting with an H...

Love,

HPV does not protect you from anything other than the possibility of getting cervical cancer. It does not protect you from sexually transmitted diseases (STD) or pregnancy.
Understand that having sex is a big step and should not be taken lightly. The steps that you may have heard about not getting pregnant such as "pulling out" and "just letting the tip in" are not measures of protection from pregnancy or STD's. Another lie is that many people say that you can't get pregnant the first time...that is a total lie, if a girl gets her period one day and a day later has sex, she can get pregnant.

Also know that pre-*** can impregnate just as well as full ejaculation, and the only full protection against STD's is abstinence (ie: holding onto your virginity).
I don't mean to be crude but you seem ill informed, your question about the HPV proves that!

It sounds like you have not weighed the consequences of what you two are about to do. I get that from your question about HPV. You don't have an clue!

Don't take your virginity for granted. If your boyfriend really cares, he can wait till you both are old enough and financially stable enough to handle the responsibility of the act of having sex (ie: pregnancy).

Sex is not just recreational, but can be reckless without thinking it completely through.

Have you considered all the consequences? and what they may do to burden yourself?, your future? and your parents?

There is alot more to "doing it" than doing it...there are emotional issues to consider afterwards also. He might drop you after that act is done. How will you handle that? What guarantee do you have that he is sincere with the things that he has promised you? Saying he loves you is easy to say to get what he wants. Be wise and cautious cause once you have sex, you can't gain your virginity back.

Hope I helped.

there have been extra uncomfortable side consequences than reported. really there have been some deaths, hyperlinks to seizures and hypersensitive reactions. that is not mandatory to get the vaccine if you're actually not sexually lively. a mushy women cells on the cervics are extra in all probability to capture the most cancers than an older woman of the age of 23 or extra. the reason behind it really is that your cervics are nonetheless arising. that is like a sparkling born infant's pores and skin compared to a lady's pores and skin, contained in the solar a sparkling born toddlers pores and skin might want to burn really ordinary, yet a lady's pores and skin might want to take longer to burn. it really is an similar with HPV. a mushy womans body isn't made for sex. the only way HPV might want to be transmitted is through sexual sex, there is not any opposite direction to capture it. you won't be able to capture it through kissing, conserving palms, or something like that. sex is the only thanks to settlement HPV.

It is certainly worth waiting until you've finished the injections. However, just remember, the HPV shot only protects against one of many viruses, so be careful, make sure your ready . . . and don't forget to consider pregnancy too. At any rate, it is good that you're concerned. Just remember, you can't take it back . . .

If you are both virgins use protection. I don't think it would affect the shot. If he has HPV it would, but since he probably doesn't it should be ok. Make sure to always use protection with any future partners.

I think that anyone mature enough to have sex is also mature enough to resolve these issues in the doctor's office.

There are so many resources available for individual's and couples. If not, I would rethink the choice to have sex.
