just one I learned from experience. If you decide to include shrimp for a graduation party of 50 or more buy the shrimp already prepared. At my graduation I had almost 100 people and started before the graduation to prepare the food. I tried to save the folks some money by getting the shrimp still in the shells and not deveined. I spent the morning before the graduation ceremony shelling the shrimp. I reeked of fish throught the ceremony and eveyrone was looking at me.
