If he has an open sore on his mouth caused by an STD, such as a herpes wart, it is possible that the female could contract the disease. If you did not see an open sore, the risk is low, but not non-existant. He may have had a sore you didn't notice. The only way to know for sure whether or not you contracted an STD is to get tested by a doctor. For future reference, the best way to prevent STD contraction during oral sex is to use protection, such as flavored condoms on guys (not lubricated condoms because the lubrication may not be safe for ingestion, and it just tastes awful) or dental dams for females. These are sheets of flavored latex to cover the vaginal area. They are not available in most stores for whatever reason, but they are readilly available online at stores such as undercovercondoms.com.

I am always curious why people are having sex if they lack such basic health information.
At any rate, if you have an STD, you can infect the person you are with. Many STDs can be passed from a man to a woman from oral-vaginal contact.

No. I'm sure it is theoretically possible if say his tongue is sliced upon with a knife and the same to her bits.
But under normal circumstances it's like a 1 in a billion shot.
This is for blood borne things I'm saying.
For herpes type things, absolutely.

no but it's always possible to get an std when...
you have anal intercourse, when you have 'classic' intercourse, when you have oral intercourse (the person who is doing the 'oralness' can get the std) so be careful and remember, the pill doesn't kill!
