I saw on Oprah this thing called a neti pot. It's supposed to clear out your sinuses. You can buy one at the local drug store.

depends on what you mean by "blockage". It can be as simple as blowing your nose, all the way up to surgery. Please clarify.

microwave some sugar and breath in the fumes....or you can mix warm water and salt and drink it through your nose. painful, but it works.
