I've never seen big bags of Dippin' Dots, but you can find the regular sizes at pretty much any stadium, amusement park, mall, etc. They can probably sell you a large quantity; however, I may be wrong, but I was under the impression that the unique composition of the Dots requires a certain freezing technique, and your home freezer may not support long-term storage of a large quantity. You should Google them and go to their web page for more details.

My daughter just brought home a box of individually size Banana Split dipping dots and they stayed just fine in our freezer.

Are you speaking about the really cold ice cream they sell at amusement parks? If so, skip it, your freezer will never keep them that cold.
