I love the Schneiders Oh Naturel chicken products - they have great fake chicken burgers and nuggets!

Also, Veggie Patch makes some great fake Buffalo chicken wings and other fake chicken products!! http://www.veggiepatch.com/

I've never tried Quorn because it is mostly egg.

I really love the Morning Star Farm Chicken strips. They are great for most anything (especially stir fries, and you can make buffalo chick*n with them) and vegan. My omnivore mom even buys them for cooking and salads.

Also, Bocca breaded chick patties are good if you just want a sandwich. They remind me if what you would eat in a high school cafeteria. They are also vegan.

Edit- If you are lucky enough to live near a store that has boxes of White Wave Wheat Meat (I think that is what it is called), it is awesome for cooking.

Good Luck

Lillyian suggested Morningstar Farms Meal Starters, those are very good but I am compleatly hooked on Gardenburger's Chik'n Grill veggie patties. I use them to make sandwiches or just eat them plain (yes they are that good), dipped in BBQ, or hot sauce, or chopped up and put on a salad, or on top of pasta. They taste best if you cook them in a skillet, just till each side is lightly browned.

They are actually pretty good for you too. First off they are Vegan, and I grabbed my box out of the freezer and for each patty there is...

100 calories (20 from fat, but no sat. or trans fat)
5g of Fiber
13g of Protein
10% Daily Value of Iron

They are a bit high in Sodium (360mg), but good luck finding a processed product that isn't. They are so good, you really should try them out!

Hope this Helps!!

A warning:

A lot, (but not all) faux-meat brands are owned by big agribusiness conglomerates, which are responsible for a huge amount of animal slaughter in the U.S. and threaten the integrity of the organic industry and the livelihood of small farmers.

Quorn, but expensive.

Franklin Farms.

Boca uses GMO.

Gardenburger - may or may not be GMO free I don't know.

What type of chicken do you need?
Morningstar makes awesome chicken nuggets and chicken patties.
If you are looking for something that does well in stir-fry, try LifeLight. They have chicken strips ( unbreaded, obviously) that season really well. I also pan sear them and put them on top of my tossed salads and the like. They're delish!
