Gatorade is only recommended for someone who is exercising at a very high level. The amount of suger is really not very high. It is less than coke, pepsi, and even orange juice. The thing about gatorade is the amount of electrolytes that are in it. This is enough to mess up the electrolyte balance in a person's body.

Gatorade is mostly water and potassium - salts. There is some sugar in it, but no more than in a regular soda.

Gatorade has a high level of sugar. it is used for electrolyte replacement in athletes or those who are dehydrated. it is not recommended for diabetics. try sparkling water with lime or lemon.

is person diabetic now ..pills .insulin... Gatorade has 32gr sugar for 8oz + a large amount of salt my vote is not good unless person very active

Gtorade is good to put all kinds of vitamins in your system and it keep you hydrated it will not hurt them it may hydrate them alot more.

no becasue gatorade has like a jillion grams of sugar. duh. just go for water.
