Try to find faux (i.e. plastic) glass slippers, perhaps look on-line, since you don't want flowers, you could get long strands of white beads (plastic, of course and you can probably find those in most hobby stores in the bridal decoration section). Anyway, have the beads coming out of the slippers and use shiny silver small confetti to set that all off.
In addition or something else would be to play off the clock theme, have clocks set at to Midnight with maybe some small pumpkins around them. OH, in fact if you go with the glass slipper you can set them on mirrors with clocks set to midnigth painted on them!
I hope your cake is Cinderella's castle.
Oh, don't forget the Fairy Godmother, maybe you could do wands with streamers.

Sweet 16 Centerpieces Ideas

What can be more frilly and girly than Cinderella??? Here are some ideas for decorations:

1. A tent with greenery and white lites to emulate lightning bugs
2. A fountain with running water to add a tinkle of water to the atmosphere
3. Tables with white linens, topped with sheer organza in shades of pick, lavender, and blue
4. Sparkles on top of the tables
5. Mirrors under the centerpieces, with glitter
6. Clear glass slippers filled with Feathers in different colors
7. Have someone paint a sign "Someday My Prince Will Come" in your colors, adding glitter, and hang it in a strategic place.
8. Mice.....not the real deal, but to dress up and have as part of the decor
9. Pumpkin
10. Balloons in silver, blue, pearlesque, lavender
11. You'll definitely need a fairy god mother! And the wand.
12. Have some one paint a sign that says "Bibity bobity boo" in you colors and with glitter.
13. Get the CD so that you can play the music in the back ground
14. And what about Prince Charming???? :)

Well, there are alot of things you could do, depending on what the budget is for the party. I think the horse drawn pumpkin carriage would be beautiful for the tables. Look at this site fairytaleweddingshop.com..they also have "glass" slippers..you could use those as party favors, filled with candy.
With a little ribbon and imagination they will be great (not $$ either).
Decorate the tables with White tulle (go to frabric shop) and white ribbon. You can do alot with a glue gun! I wouldn't make the party too young.. The young ladies might like to do a make over party where someone could do thier hair, nails and make up..make them all feel special for the day.

All the dollar stores in my area sell the plastic, beaded (and cute) tiaras. You dould use one for each girl guest as a place setting. Write their name with a glitter glue pen on cardstock and set in tiara. Pink everything including helium filled balloons.

An ice sculpture for a center piece, and for decor you could use red carpet and long fabric peices to adorn the staircase rails
