I assume mean you were guests at someone's house. So i'm not sure if you mean the host dripped sweat into the food, or someone else did. I don't know who "them" is (Maybe you could go back in where you can add additional facts and reword your question). But whoever did it, that's really disgusting! If there are other guests there, and If it was a guest and not the host who did it, I'd very discretely tell the host and let him/her take care of it. If it was the host, it would help if they were one of a couple. You could again discretely approach the other, and say something like, I bet (the dripper's name) didn't even realize he/she did it, but sweat dripped into the food or dip or whatever it was. It's a touchy situation, because you don't want to embarrass or offend anyone. If it's over and done with and it's just you and your host(s), and you don't want to risk any hurt feelings or anyone being offended, you could just avoid that food and forget about it. It's an isolated thing.

Although it wouldn't cause illness, I think most people would feel some degree of disgust. Did they drip sweat in everything or just one dish? Maybe I would look to seek out other food options on the dinner table that weren't contaminated.

I was once a guest for dinner where the table was set while we were in the other room and the host's dog went over to the table and licked the stick of butter that was on there. I told the host and he raised hell with the dog and threw away anything that was in reach of the dog's tongue.

This is the same technique I have taught over 138,000 men and women in 157 countries to successfully treat their excessive sweating condition over the past 7 years!

If it is a new situation, notify a friend ahead of time. Have them call you at some point in the evening, and offer you an "out" if you need one. If you don't, then enjoy the gathering, if you do need an "out", then take it! I would definitely not have eaten the food with sweat in it.

Oh dear...this is a tough one. Seeing the sweat drip into the food would be enough to be me ill. So I would try to excuse myself because of illness.
Give sincere apologies...

"Wow! I think would find an excuse to leave. Call your house on the cell to check and see if everything is "OK", and say, "You got to be kidding me." "Sorry can't stay for dinner, there is a slight emergency at my house." If you can't do that, go to the bathroom and set the alarm on your cell to go off in 4 minutes, then do the above.
P.S.
Sweat is just a form of concentrated urine.

Drop the plate and say sorry... make sure there are no seconds
Or I would tell them they are sweating into the food and order Pizza that way you wont see them sweat , sneeze or otherwise mess with your food.

I would avoid that particular dish. However, if sweat dripped in that one what's to assure that it wasn't in the other dishes. Hmmmm...I think I would fake an illness also and excuse myself.
