First of all it is illegal for a 16 year old to consume alcohol. Mainly because the liver isn't ready (mature enough) to handle it. Stay away from the alcohol, and you won't need the anti-anexity medication! DUH! A pill cannot really change anything, but you can change your behavior. You should really with till your older to drink for your liver's sake. I think you may be more anxious if your parents found out you were binge drinking, which is common knowledge is the most harmful when you are under 21.

There's an old Chinese proverb that goes, "the third glass of wine drinks the man!" Think about that. A small amount of alcohol may be relaxing. Drink more than that and you lose control.
If you drink to get drunk, you have a serious problem, and should stop now. You are at risk for serious problems.
Two other comments: Legality aside, you are too young to drink. If your friends are encouraging you, you need different friends.

Just stop drinking now. That would be best, however if you continue to drink, do it responsibly (which technically cannot be done until you are 21). Drinking a few times in moderation is not going to cause health problems, so don't worry about it.
What are you going to get tested for? Moderate alcohol consumption is not a problem for a healthy adult (which you are not yet), although it's perfectly fine to not drink at all.
Good luck and best wishes!

What's the reason you need to have pills and alcohol at 16 years of age, are you really running from a deeper routed problem? Your at the fork in the road of life, and it seems that you need to find more positive outlets. Find a job that will give you some joy, instead of these false, temporary highs you are getting when drunk. Good luck, and try not to take the path of substance abuse, that is a bumpy road my friend!

ok, first problem, you still have 5 more years till you can legally drink. With that said, prolonged alcohol abuse causes all sorts of problems, liver failure, kidney issues, all sorts of things. Stop drinking now, it isn't worth it, but you are fine. It typically takes years of alcohol abuse to cause health problems. However, you are experiencing anxiety, probably because you know it is wrong to drink at your age, and by the way, what are you getting tested for? My advice, stop drinking, it will stop your anxiety and preserve your health in the future.

I drink beer on a fairly regular basis. I rarely drink liquor. The first thing I had to do is LEARN how to drink in moderation. You're 16. You really shouldn't be drinking. But if you do drink, just have a couple of beers. Can you do that?

It sure gave you something to think about,.didn't it???
It is very unlikely these binges will have an effect upon you.
Here are some things that will...
It;s underage drinking. At 16, you could get into trouble with the law. Also, D U I, but I think you
are smart enough to understand that,
Good luck.
