yes. with heat the condom becomes very weak in structure and will not be able to stretch to an appropriate length. you need to store condoms away from direct sunlight and in a cool area.

The condom is safer in your wallet than it is in your car's glove box where temperatures get really high.

Deterioration depends on time and temperature. The 37 degree C of your body will not cause rapid decrease in effectiveness. This assumes that you replace it occasionally, for whatever reason.
