It's much classier and no one has to pick your snot rags up after you.

my family is a bunch of snotty nose drippers!
we have had our tonsils and adnoids out.
helped.

best thing for allergies, eat the local honey in your area, and then you will be immune to the pollens in the air.

this is a dreadful year for allergies.

There are many like you out here in this world. Pollution and pollutants have taken toll of our health. Medication helps for a short time only. Try acupressure or reflexology. I had this problem once and now its gone, only climatic changes or some irritants trigger sneezing and colds. Even my sinusitis has reduced to once in a few years.
Heres what I did. Press the points as I have suggested in the chart alongside the writeup in my website.

Take steam inhalation.- Put in a cabbage leaf just before you begin to inhale.

Try Allium Cepa 30 homeopathic pills 4 pills every 2 hours if severe conditions prevail or 4 times a day for a week.

Home remedy......
After dinner and one hour before going to bed take a glass of fresh water.
Eat 100 - 150 gms of jaggery, 10 mins before sleeping. After this if one requires, only gargle and wash the mouth but dont eat or drink anything. By morning the cold will be gone.
NOT ADVISED FOR DIABETICS.

1 spoon honey + lemon juice equal portions and drink this about 4 times a day.

1 spoon brandy added to hot water (about a table spoon) in a glass add honey and lemon juice and drink this.
This is a suppressant and a reliever.
There are chances of clogging of the sinuses. But it works best for running nose.

Press the tips of all the toes with a jimmy, or a blunt end of a ball pen or pencil for 3 mins atleast twice daily.

Maintain an oil free diet.

My daughter is the same...she is always either blocked, snotty or running nosed and snores bad!

I'm taking her to get checked out next week. But am so scared of what they will say.

I think you should go ahead and get the operation done - imagine....no snot crusted tissues in ur sleeves or at the bottom of your handbag anymore..hehehe

i raise my hand. i have sinusitis, allergies that are with me almost all the time. the only time i get relief is when i'm at work. i work in a clean room where the air is super clean, its the only part of my job i like. but when i go back out into the real world, it feels like someone hit me right behind the eyes with a hammer, i can't breath, nose is clogged or running, eyes irritated. medication makes it worse and gives me nose bleeds. one thing that helps me is oregano oil from wildoats. 4 drops under the tongue(tastes bad but works) or eating hot chile
