It is theoretically possible, but unlikely. If you are French kissing a person with full-blown AIDS, however, the risk of thrush transmission is high.

It is very unlikely that a person would get HIV from kissing. Though it can be transmitted through saliva, there would need to be an open wound or more intimate contact to contract the virus.

Open-Mouth Kissing:
Open-mouth kissing is considered a very low-risk activity for the transmission of HIV. However, prolonged open-mouth kissing could damage the mouth or lips and allow HIV to pass from an infected person to a partner and then enter the body through cuts or sores in the mouth. Because of this possible risk, the CDC recommends against open-mouth kissing with an infected partner.
One case suggests that a woman became infected with HIV from her sex partner through exposure to contaminated blood during open-mouth kissing.
For more information refer to the July 11, 1997, Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report “Transmission of HIV Possibly Associated with Exposure of Mucous Membrane to Contaminated Blood” located at http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/00048364.htm.

NO, it cannot. the HIV virus is found in every single liquid in your body, but not enough in your saliva to transmit the virus. Unless there was an open sore in your mouth, where there was blood, then maybe. It takes a lot of blood to do that.

0. HIV/AIDS is spread by blood, vaginal fluid, semen, and breast milk. and regardless of if the guy you made out with had a decrease of their mouth (blood) and likely had oral sex (vaginal fluid or semen) beforehand making out w/ you, neither substance can go by saliva. you're secure.

I have heard or science says no. For me I dont want to find out by accident. I would stay away from anything that deals with fluid transfers.
