Ensure and Boost most definitely are not. Every Odwalla bar I've ever had was vegan, but you should always be safe and check the label just in case.

I've never heard about odwalla bars. Try clif bars, or organic food bar, (that's what it's called.) Also try the alternative baking company, it produces vegan, organic, no-refined-sugar cookies. They are the best! They're one of the things that helped me stop sugar. Hope this helps! -question001

For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/axCTu
odwallas are vegan, but i don't think ensure or boost are. other vegan foods you could try are beans, tofu, vegan burgers (i know that boca makes good ones), peanut butter, soy yogurts and ice creams, breads (bagels especially have a lot of calories), avocados, granola, hummus, potatoes, rice, lentils, quinoa and tempeh.

Odwalla bars are vegan, but you should confirm this with the company by emailing them at:
consumers@odwalla.com
(I'm credible, but if you ask them and send along you contact info you'll get coupons.)

A warning, odwalla is owned by Coca-Cola, the 9th largest food processing conglomerate in the U.S. If you care about supporting small farmers and the integrity of organic food, I'd steer clear.

I would go to the website and email them. They also have the ingredient listing at the site.
