I am serious. When I eat candy, I can really have alot, I have like one piese or something I am good, because I feel sick to my stomach. I know what you are thinking, she's prolly not eating enough real food. Well I am, I have a balanced dinner and have desert, and find that candy or anything sugary, makes me want to throw up. Could this be a sign of diabetes, or something else? Or I am jsut allergic to something.

It could just be your body telling you that the food is full of unhealthy chemically treated food and its just not good for you. Especially if you haven't been exposed to it as much as the average population. But it could also mean some sort of slight allergy.

you may be allergic to a specfic ingredient in the candy. I am a diabetic and too much sugar makes me feel bad but in a different way.If you go see a specialist like a allergist, he or she might maybe able to pinpoint the source. Get tested for diabetes and also take a blood sugar fasting test. Good Luck!

Well, it figures that my sister has the same problem. When she ate half of a really sweet raspberry chocolate from See's, she started throwing up. What I think and what my sister believes is that you aren't used to eating candy, even when you were small. My sister never ate much candy when she was small. Or maybe your just the type who aren't suited for sweets. You should ask a doctor if some other symptons occur though...

It sounds like an allergy. Some people are violently allergic to nuts. I could be any number of things in a candy bar.

You may want to keep a food log to determine what foods are causing this problem. You are definitely suffering from a physical reaction from something in the candy. It could be sugar, nuts, chocolate, colorings, or many other things. If you keep track, you may be able to determine what it is. It might surprise you.

Candy or a candy BAR?
If it's a candy BAR, you are probably allergic to chocolate!

you probably have an intolerance to the high fructose corn syrup that is present in almost any kind of candy, you don't need candy, it does you no good what ever, so just don't eat it.

You should go to your doctor to get tested for diabetes. It's better to know the facts than to spend your time guessing and possibly doing harm to your body.
