I had some mutual masterbation with a stranger and some of his precum from his hand and mine, rubbed on the head of my penis. I am scared to death. Please help.

Precum can contain HIV, but in order for it to infect you, it would have to be introduced into your bloodstream. If the head of your penis, or your hand for that matter, didn't have broken skin, then you're quite safe.
Mutual masturbation is considered a low-risk activity.

HIV is passed through fluids -- regular testing is a sure way to assess your risk and your behaviour.
Speaking with a counsellor is also a good way to learn about SAFER sex practices.
