Viral STDs are not curable.

Viral STDs include:
Hepatitis B
Herpes
HPV (causes genital warts)
HIV/AIDS
Molluscum

All bacterial STDs are curable (chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis) and STDs caused by parasites are curable (pubic lice aka crabs, scabies, and trichomoniasis).

Truthfully I could not be with a person I knew had herpes or worse, AIDS. It's just too risky to my personal health. Who would want to willingly go through the pain of a herpes episode, or suffer the debilitating effects of AIDS? Plus if you contract AIDS, the medical costs could lead you to financial ruin. I agree with you that I wouldn't even begin a relationship with a person that has an incurable STD. I hardly believe in love at first sight, so I can't see someone who knew from the beginning the person their interested in has an STD, wouldn't be able to walk away. I don't believe it's a act of kindness or noble cause to purposely date or fall in love with someone with a STD. Let those who are infected find people that have their disease to share a life with. It's pain and or a death sentence to pursue those kinds of relationships.

Syphillis is also uncurable if diagnosed too late as it starts affecting your mental functions..but this like 10 years after contracting it and not getting treatment.

Pregnancy past the first trimester. That's a big one. The vomiting and lower back pain are the worst.
