i think that as a child my parents didn't force feed me enough veggies, because now i really don't like them (except corn and potatoes). Any suggestions to make veggies taste good?

Experiment w/ different ways to eat veggies & new recipes, for example:

1) blanch them & top them w/ salad dressing

2) try roasted asparagus, squash, tomatoes

3) add them to soups & stews

www.foodtv.com & www.epicurious.com are good online recipe sources. You can find recipes for roasted veggies, salad dressings, cole slaw, carrot cake, etc.

peas taste good. so do artichokes, and cucumbers. If you don't like eating them plain, then try some kind of sauce on them. cheese goes well with a lot of the stronger tasting vegetables, like broccoli, and asparagus. Also, try growing vegetables in your garden. They taste better if you work hard for them. cucumbers also taste good.

Look into Mira's eyes. She's serious. Yes, I agree, stir fry. Get yourself a wok and learn to stir fry.

See my answer here please on how to do it:
