I'm planning French-theme wedding shower, w/pink and black colors. Where can I get cheap rental/bistro furniture? I'm on a budget and need decorating ideas to decorate my house.

Instead of borrowing bistro furniture, here are a few ideas for setting the theme.
How about setting the mood w/ music? You can borrow French music from your local library.
You can borrow some vases or use empty bottles & fill them w/ fresh flowers or dried lavendar. (ex. milk bottles, San Pellegrino bottles, etc. w/ flowers from a local farmer's market or Trader Joe's)
Small potted plants are good too. (ex. petunias, violets)
Use a floral table cloth & decorate w/ votive candles, wine bottles w/ pretty labels, borrow some cake plates or tiered serving platters to serve the food.
