I have had an ongoing sinus infection and went though now a second round of antibiodics. Is surgery my only other option? Does anyone have any suggestions? Has anyone had sinus surgery?

I have had 2 sinus surgerys and I'm worse off now than I was before if you smoke stop which is obvious but try salt water rinsus called NeilMed (that's the brand name) they work so good by irrigating the mucous in your sinuses. It looks weird but really it's not to bad.
