I am weezing , cant breath , tryed zicam for 4 days no improvment , taking robotussin , vicodin 4 pain in face and head , nyquil ,nothings workin, ,,oh my , need relif , help ,

Possibly Pneumonia in the chest. That is an infectious disease that can be rapidly cured with antibiotics. An upper chest x ray will show that. Viral Pheumona cannot be cured with antibiotics, those run their course in due time.

My second guess is that it is an allergy. Those things act just like that too. If you are taking medications, possibly you have developed an allergy to one or more of those. Even over the counter vitiamans and minerals can be a suspect.

Try wraping your neck at night with a scarf, that gives good relief at times. There is also a "heated" face mask that offers great relief available at drug stores supply houses. .
