First of all I'm only 21 years old, so I'm really not sure it can be heart attack.
Almost about two weeks ago I was in a car crash. At that time, my chest, back and left shoulder was hurting the most. Last night my chest was hurting really bad. When I breath in it hurt and it also made my left shoulder hurt. I was in so much pain. As of right now, just my left shoulder hurt. Please help.

1)Better have consultation with cardiologist so that he will rule out any cardiac problem.
2)Might be it is a soft tissue injury, or # ribs resulting in pain on inspiration.
3)Have a X Ray chest PA view and that left shoulder AP&LAT view done.
4)consult your physician/ortho surgeon preferably.
THE MAIN OBJECTIVE WAS TO GUIDE YOU IN RIGHT DIRECTION AND INFORMATION.

You are probably not having a heart attack. Probably still having pain from the accident. Stress may also be causing you to have chest pain. COuld be a pannack attack which mimics signs of a heart attack. A heart attack would cause pain at a constant not just when breathing in or out and also the pain usually would radiate through your whole left arm. Call your physician and let him know whats going on and he will be able to advise you.

More than likely its damage from the seat belt. But it its a good idea to go to the doctor or emergency room if its that serious.
Another remote possibility is Costochondritis which can mimmick a heart attack. My sistert has it and before she new how to deal with it she missed work. Mention this possibility to the doctor. Meanwhile read the link below.
