Try a crafts store such as Michaels' or Wishing Well. You can also go online and research places to get beads, crowns and glo stix. Don't forget to look in the Mardi Gras sites!

you could find cute beads and crowns and stuff like that at claire's, but they're pretty expensive. walmart actually sells a lot of good party stuff for under $10. if u want like a big blowout (i mean this is your sweet sixteen, of course u want a huge party) get diso balls and fog machines at spencer's. the internet is also great.

Oriental trading company has a lot of crowns and things. Somethings are sold individual and others by gross or by the dozen. I have always had great service and have used them for parties , scouts and church events
