Heard this somewhere, thought it was false, just wanna know

No that's not true at all! ANYONE can get a STD. It doesn't matter what blood type you have.

Dont second guess yourself, there are ppl who cant contract HIV they were showcased on 60mins i think it was like 6men who had partners who died of HIV but they always tested negative. It could just be that they have a strain of the disease that doesnt show up on tests but as far as your blood type having to do with it nah... thats not true. Another thing O blood type isnt rare, its actually very common where i am from. Blood type varies depending on where you are from i guess, AB is actually rare here

Scientists estimate that about 1 in 50 people may have a natural protien immunity to HIV. But it has nothing to do with blood type. It has to do with a type of protien in the blood cells and how it blocks HIV replication, thus preventing initial infection. 1/50 is not good odds, use a condom

O negative isn't that rare. About 7% of the population has it. If they were immune to HIV that would be a big well known thing.

Blood type has nothing to do with ability to contract viruses.

NO Anyone can catch an STD or HIV. It doesn;t discriminate

Blood type has nothing to do with catching an STD, it's like catching any other virus, they don't discriminate :)

Type O blood is not particularly rare, for one thing. And no, it's not true. Viruses don't care what your blood type is - they don't discriminate at all.
