I am a Respiratory Therapist-the only way to find out the problem is to see a doctor in person. No one can diagnose you over the computer.

It's possible that you have exercise induced asthma, or depending on where you live, your breathing troubles might just be to seasonal allergies since everything is in bloom this time of year. How long have you had your symptoms? If you've had trouble breathing during exercising for a while now, you should probably go see your doctor and get his or her input.
