The problem is parenting and religion -- not politics and money.

Protecting the children and youth of this planet is a problem because of social perspecitves of sex. As a result, we send children into the world with no information on the dangers of their activities. We will teach children to avoid STRANGERS -- they are dangerous after all, but we rarely teach children how to protect themselves from their loved ones.

A parent who refuses to teach their child important health information should be charged with criminal negligence in my view. I would use the money for those cases and incarcerating those parents for their neglect.

If i had that opportunity i think i would do Ads and lots of it, fund more shows like Pandemic, to show how hard it is to live with AIDS and STD's I think too it would be great to educate parents, and help them understand that Std's are apart of today's society, and just being ignorant will not protect you or your child from diseases if they are sexually active. It would be great too to have free testing for STD's make it easier to get the test results while you wait. that would take a lot of the anxiety away. But i think doing stuff to educate ppl about stds its great to abstain from sex but its not always done so when everything else fails education works. PPL need to know that

I would pay off the senate to pass a bill making it mandatory for all high school children to take a sexual health class until they graduate.. And another bill making it mandatory for high school students to have STD tests at least once during the year.... have a VERY large supply of condoms available everywhere.. ESPECIALLY in schools, at clubs, bars, etc...
I think most of all, I would put a whole buttload of money into research to finding cures to all STD's and make vaccines available free for everyone as often as possible

The easiest way: Persuade your workmate or partners use condoms. Condoms help protect both partners from STDs and unwanted pregnancy. Most of us can do this contribution!
