no. but you think it stop bcoz after you sneeze your heart beats faster than usual

In fact when you sneeze the Brain recieves a anterior-posterior (Front and Behind) movement just in case of car head on collision.
The Heart is affected in such a manner that the diaphragm pushes the heart upwards therefore more blood gushes out.
The lungs are also squeezed by the diaphragm, and abdominal viscera they also contract.
Several physical phenomenas take place, during sneezing e.g. involuntary passage of urine etc do occur.
