Cholesterol is something we get from animal products in our diet and our body makes cholesterol. If we follow a diet high in saturated fat we are more likely to have high cholesterol. High cholesterol can lead to the hardening of the arteries (i.e. heart attack)
Diabetes is when your body can not get sugar from your blood and into your tissues for energy. High glucoses can lead to blindness, poor wound healing, cardivascular disease, and kidney disease.
Through diet and exercise you can control both cholesterol and glucose. Some people need extra help with medication. However, I strongly recommend diet & exercise first. FYI: 50% of diabetics die from heart disease.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

The blood level for either depends on the state the body is in at the time of testing. After a fast of at least ten hours the blood sugar is normally in the 90-110 range and the cholesterol in about 180. Look at the printout of your last test and you will see what is normal for each item tested.

Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.

If you have diabetes, you will have a high blood sugar level because your body won't produce insulin to keep it in the normal range, this is especially so, after eating.

Cholesterol is just as bad too low as too high. If it is too low it can make you sick. However remember the total cholesterol is broken down into triglycerides HDL, VLDL and LDL!
