try the traditional way. use pita bread. pull it apart into pieces and scoop up the hummus. sprinkle with some lemon juice or capers to add some zing. pita is a flat bread so not alot of carbs either.

Everything bagel with hummus sandwich, some romaine and an onion wedge, delicious - forget about dipping.

Red and green pepper slices, celery, radishes, scallions, tortilla chips, hearty grain bread.

Hi, I like to snack on: cucumber, and cauliflower (although raw cauliflower and humous don't go together), pepers, you can try torilla chips... anything crunch really ;-) Take care.

Gussini bread sticks. They are like a rusk, but they snap. Very yummy. I also like celery and sticks of Lebanese cues and your Finger!!!!!!

I love hummous and eat it daily. I love to dip radishes, cucumber, celery, baby carrots, and quinoa muffins in it. Its tasty and nutritious. I make raw hummous with sprouted chick peas, and sometimes make an extra creamy one from garbanzo bean flour (Bob's Red Mill brand)
