I bought some veggie (all vegetable, no fish) sushi today but there were just too many for me to eat at once. So, since there's no fish involved, would it be fine for me to eat the rest tomorrow afternoon? (Kept in the fridge of course)

UPDATE: Thanks, my question was actually more along those lines of whether or not the veggies would still taste fresh and the rice would still be good because I do think it's pretty obvious that veggies don't get "damaged" (they won't cause any food poisoning) from one day to the next.

Oh, yeah...as a matter of fact, my husband and I usually order some sushi to take home whenever we go out to eat it. Keep it in the fridge. If it has fish, eat it within 24 hours, not due to risk for food poisoning, but the rice gets hard.

actually not a pair of days later. that is not great consistency-sensible even day after at present. The rice and Nori if used gets type chewy. you in all possibility won't fall unwell, in spite of the undeniable fact that that is in all possibility not well worth eating.

I make avocado, carrot, cucumber, and asparagus
sushi.

It's safe to leave in the refrigerator, but the avocado might brown and the rice could get hard.
