It's masturbation, defined as a sex act by yourself. So no, unless you share sex toys, which you should never do anyways.
You can't magically give yourself STDs.

Doubtful. However, it depends on what you use to masturbate with.
Sexual intercourse (anal or vaginal, gay or straight) results in tiny tears in the skin. Any contaminated or infected surface could pose a transmission route.

If you're using a finger or dildo, no way. If your useing a penis of some guys thats infected you will probably get stds.
