I exercise 4-5 days per week
3-4 months ago my ankle became very painful when walking quickly, running, putting any extra presure on it at all
I just limp and can not weight bear on that foot if too much pressure is applied
any ideas wht it my be ?

It sounds like over use of the muscle. Running is very hard on the joints in the body and the ankle is receiving a constant hit every time you run. I recommend you cut back on your exercises. You would be better off to do water exercises and swimming, this causes no pressure on the joints.

You can take an over the counter and tight inflammation medications such as Advil three times a day to help bring down the pain.

Limping is not a good sign. Especially after so many months. You need to see a foot specialist, Podiatrist, and find out what can be done to help you.

have you gone over on it . if not arthritis sounds like do you have shoe in certs if not get them do not exercise for two weeks and then slowly build it up
