If he was too busy honoring his parents (from the age of 20 to 30 years !) to save hundreds if not thousands of “lost souls” from going to hellfire than shouldnt we reconsider the urgency of the Christian message ?

A silly question deserves a silly answer, but for the sake of sensible people looking at this page, I'll keep it respectful.

God has ALWAYS dealt with people via Covenant relationships. Right from the book of Genesis, he has brought in various Covenants that lift people out of their hopeless, lost state as sinners, and into an acceptable standing before him. With Abraham, the Covenant incorporated "all nations of the earth" who would be blessed because of Abraham's faith. When Jesus Christ was about to be sacrificed, he instituted the New Covenant (sealed with his blood). The old Law Covenant was fulfilled and superceded by this New Covenant. The vital element to enter into it is faith - faith in what Christ has done - belief in him as the only means of salvation. Nobody can merit God's mercy (and thus avoid hell). No amount of good works can give us Brownie points with God. Only the humble, who confess their sin and trust in God's mercy shown in Christ's sacrifice can be saved. Nationality, age, gender, education, wealth etc does not come into it. Untold billions of billions will be blessed due to Christ's exemplary life and sacrificial death.

You should certainly reconsider the urgency of the Christian message. It's deadly to those who sneer at it, but life to those who believe God.

Since the soul dies, that's not an issue.

As for being unsaved, what makes you think anyone before Christ were not saved. The Holy Spirit still resided in the Most Holy of the Temple and the High Priests still performed the annual sacrifice of the lamb for the sins of Israel. You really need to learn a little history of the Jews before asking such questions.

When Jesus died, the great curtain of woven gold covering the Most Holy tore open to allow everyone to see that the God Power no longer resided with Israel. Prior that that, to even see in there meant instant death. The High Priests had to crawl under the heavy curtain to get in. Since Christ was the Lamb of God, his sacrifice meant there was no longer a need for the rituals at the Temple. I imagine that really irritated the Priests.

As for those who lived prior to this time, as well as after, the Bible does say everyone gets resurrected. Whether it is to everlasting life on Earth, or to a declaration of judgment, followed by nothingness, will fully depend on what God finds in their heart of hearts. There are untold numbers of people, even after Christ came, who never heard of him. Granted, they will not go to heaven, but they still have the chance of life on Earth.

The Bible testifies of Jesus Christ, it did not start when Jesus was upon the Earth but with Adam and Eve...

All of the Prophets knew that Jesus was coming and they testified of Him...

People who believed in Jesus Christ and were baptized were saved.. this was BEFORE Jesus was born too.

Through his death, those who died before his Passion, during, and after are saved as long as they are worthy of it. It does not matter what time you were in. The saving act still stands regardless of when you were born or died.
Jesus great sacrifice opened the gates of Heaven for all souls as long as they deserve and are worthy of it.
